Bikes are loaded ad ready to pull out.  The Victory Vision is starting this trip with 1456 miles.  The first long ride with the Vision other than a few 200 mile wanders around South Dakota.

We left Lennox, SD at 11:00 AM and headed south through Yankton, SD to Nebraska and picked up Hwy 20. This is a nice road that takes you through the sand hills of Nebraska.  Not a lot of traffic easy to maintain the 65 mph speed limit.
Really enjoyed the Vision today it was a pleasure to ride, the only thing I noticed was that it definately does not like tar snakes, if you hit them while turning it is a little unnerving but every bike I have owned has it's own personality, you just have to get familiar with them.
We stayed overnight in the Motel Raine in Valentine, NE.  It was a really nice older 60's vintage motel that was well taken care of.  Great people running the motel and very friendly.

Vision sightings today = 0
